The Monday Memo

October 6, 2014                                                                             PITT DPT STUDENTS

“When Lights Shine Brightest”

It is that time of year once again.  The leaves are falling, the nights are getting colder, and midterms are upon us!  The first-years are facing their first set of musculoskeletal practical exams.  The second-years are in the thrilling process of finding their year-long internships.  There has even been conversation about the proverbial ledge, yet in spite of this we all persevere, finding the bright moments in each day.  However, some people have gone above and beyond to help brighten the day of everyone around them, which is why starting this week we will honor our first Stars of the Week!  Big thank yous to Becky Russell and Becky Slater for the delicious snacks they brought for the entire class at the all-day group study session Sunday!

No good deed should go unnoticed. If you or someone you know has gone the extra mile, or deserves to be thanked or congratulated for an amazing event in their life, be sure to let me know.  That way they can be recognized here, in the Monday Memo.  Contact me at mwt18@pitt.edu.
